Have you ever read a user manual which was translated into German by a Chinese in China? If you have, you will know how important it is to have your texts translated by native speakers.

Unfortunately, you’re usually the last person to notice what potential customers are laughing about in a bad translation. And why the competition always gets the orders. (Incorrect user manuals or legally inaccurate formulations in contracts, for example, are not so funny.)

Therefore it’s better to play it safe. After all, an above-average understanding of the language and culture of the target country is essential for a good translation. This is why we only use native speakers of the respective language. For every translation. Without exception.

However, this alone isn’t good enough for us. In order to ensure the highest quality, every translation is corrected by a second translator. This effective form of checking is incidentally one of the reasons why our quality assurance is according to DIN EN 15038.
